I'd expect they now have significantly shorter lifespans than Elves. The whole "flame that's twice as bright burns half as long" thing. I'm still thinking they live several centuries, though - and honestly, before the Turning, it was rare indeed to find an Irekei who was in danger of dying of old age, what with the feuds, blood wars, and desert critters. I expect at that point they suspect age has weakened them too far, an Irekei takes the "long walk" a la Judge Dred, and goes off into the bosom of the desert, armed with only a knife. As Subatai said "Let me die not in hunger, but in combat."
